Scandinavian Delight

Scandinavian cuisine is hard to come by even in this city that is overrun by pots and pots of local and international eateries. So when Hotel Equatorial decided to come up with their Scandinavian Gala Feast, we're almost certain we heard other food-lovers rejoice with us. As it is, Scandinavian dishes comprise of scrumptious dishes from Norway, Denmark, Finland and of course, Sweden. Needless to say, Scandinavians love their fish. From salmon, cod, herring, to shrimp, chef Niclas Wahlstrom will cook an abundance of fishy delights to tantalize your tastebuds. With dishes like cod 'fennel burned' with green apples, herb spiced lamb loin with almond pure, and smoked salmon with salmon roe, you'll be spoilt for choice. Juicy meatballs marinated in mouth-watering cheesy sauce is also another Swedish favourite.

To complete an already fulfilling meal, Scandinavian cheeses and irresistible desserts will be available for those with extra space in their tummy. Unfortunately, this feast will only be running from the 3 to 11 April, so hurry on down to the participating outlets at Hotel Equatorial to savour this rare feast of all things Scandinavian.

Participating outlets are Chalet, Swiss Restaurant, Etoile Bistro and the lobby lounge, Flo. Guest may choose an appetiser, soup, one main dish and a favourite dessert from the four-course menu selection, which is priced at RM150++ per person. Reserve your seats now to avoid disappointment!
