The oddly-named Eiffel in Cheras forgoes the usual ikan bilis and mushrooms that usually accompany pan mee for fifteen special creations. Not that they're completely unique—instead, they are frequently a combination of popular dishes with the hand-shaped dough noodle.
For instance, the glutinous rice wine in claypot is also a great combination of a classic Chinese dish with pan mee. Some come in soup, some in sauce, while some are stir fried until dry. The only thing they all have in common with pan mee as we know it is the dough, which is humorously referred to as "teared noodle" here, and the fiery chilli sauce that accompanies each dish.
