Firstly, Neo offers regular drinks mixed behind the bar, but also have ‘liquid desserts’. Meant to complement your meal, the drinks use reduced vinegars to give them a very different savoury taste. The flavours on your palate come together beautifully. The bar itself is set up with a relaxing and home-like feel, where you can come in and drink without feeling restricted. The amazing lighting and use of water makes you feel like you’re in a premium spa. The music is controlled by the DJ, who plays vibes that resonate with the atmosphere.
